SYNOPSIS 

Lydia struggles as she's confronted with too much choice when selecting her meal deal on her lunch break. The problem is compounded by her inner monologue, narrated as she moves from aisle to aisle, alluding to a bigger choice that Lydia struggles to block out.

A better version of her meal-prepped self lies waiting in the staff fridge, her Mum's old spaghetti bolognese recipe, so why can't she bring herself to eat it? 

Meal Deal delicately balances the relatable comedy of the daily mundane with the higher-stakes issues that often go unseen, until a phone call from a carer leaves Lydia clutching her tiny tin of Pringles in tears.
